Kevin’s dance style is passionate, energetic and fun for everyone.  All ages and ability levels are welcome and no dance partner is required.  $5 per person paid at the door.  No pre-registration required. Refreshments available for donation.

Pankcakes in parkThe New Smyrna Museum of History will fire up the griddle for the annual Picnic in the Park fundraiser.

The cost is $6 and includes pancakes, sausage, coffee and orange juice under the oaks.

A local Bluegrass group will provide entertainment.

 

Art Stroll / Gallery Walk @ Canal Street Historic District
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

art strollOn the first Saturday of the month, artistic vendors set up along the historic street.

A free concert also is scheduled from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Christmas Park.

Galleries feature solo and group exhibitions and artist talks in the Douglas Avenue area of the district from 4-7 p.m.

Admission is free.

Over 125 regionally and nationally accredited fine artists and craftsmen will line our charming brick streets with a selection of paintings, pottery, sculpture, woodworking, photography, jewelry, blown glass and much more. See how art work is created in over fifteen “Art-In-Action” demonstration sites designed to offer visitors insight into the artistic process.

Come and relax – Guests will be able to sit, relax and enjoy gourmet treats at the culinary arts food court providing fresh, handcrafted recipes. Stroll as you listen to the acoustic sounds of talented performing artists who create a delightful ambience as you stroll the festival.

Something new this year – is the addition of “Chalk on the Avenue.” The avenues will come alive with the artistic masterpieces created by local chalk artists underwritten by businesses, organizations and friends.

Come and spend the day - Enjoy a day of fine arts and fine crafts, excellent food and drinks, and music with plenty of FREE parking and FREE admission.
