Consider the Source
The sound of sci-fi middle-eastern fusion by NYC trio, Consider the Source, filled the air at Om Bar & Chill Lounge on Sunday, Feb. 17.
The band consists of Gabriel Mann on the fretless double neck guitar, bassist John Ferrara and drummer/percussionist Jeff Mann. With a relentless touring schedule, the band has many styles of music fans ranging from cool jazz cats to headbanging rockers.
Local video artists, The Vision, added to the atmosphere by projecting trippy geometric designs with two projection screens on each side of the stage and a third projection on the actual band members, creating a visual show on stage.
