Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve
Located on 1,637 acres between New Smyrna Beach and Port Orange, Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve includes 5 access points on Divito Drive, N. Dixie Highway, Creek Shore Trail, Martin’s Dairy Road and Ridgewood Ave. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
The expansive area includes a 536-foot boardwalk, over three miles of nature trails and an observation tower overlooking the marsh area near Spruce Creek.
The preserve provides areas for picnicking, a playground, canoe launch, nature trails and areas for horseback riding. Pets are welcome.
