United Way Announces Poster Contest
United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties is pleased to announce the 1st Annual Poster Contest. The contest is open to nearly all ages and encourages creative minds to express how United Way is “Making a Difference in Our Community.”
The contest runs through March 25, 2013. Winners in the four categories will each receive a prize package worth at least $250. The winners will be announced on April 25th at the United Way/Bright House Networks Outstanding Volunteers of the Year Awards Luncheon.
A panel of volunteers will judge the posters; in addition, one-half of the contests scores will come from votes that they receive through the United Way’s Facebook Page. Contestants are encouraged to help spread the word and have their friends and family “like” facebook.com/yourunitedway
